What's wrong with her eyes?

Has anyone experienced this before? Is this baby blind? It's still in the bator... Anything I can do?

Holy moley. I have a sinking feeling that isn't a thing that a chick can live with.

Is it just the one eye? Can she close her eyelid/s? I've not seen this before and don't have a ton of experience with hatching chicks, but maybe you can wait until she fluffs up to see if maybe her damp fuzz is just making the eye look weird? I dunno. I know lots of people suggest putting a chick out of its misery right away if there is any question of problems, but I don't have the heart to do such things. I've also had babies with 'problems' survive and grow into healthy adults. Good luck, either way!
