Whats wrong with her?

My chickens are loosing thier feathers on thier neck. I thought it was mites so I treated them with permethrin 10. But they ate getting worse. Can someone help? Please

How old are they? Could they be starting to molt? Providing more protein in their diet might help.

They are 2 y/o, and have been this way for a least 4 mo. It's the same on their back. No rooster with them.
