What's wrong with him?

It will probably pass on it's own. If it doesn't I just use scissors to snip off the head at the neck. Sorry if that's too graphic. I get everything positioned, look the other way, snip the neck and drop it into the trash. It is very quick and they don't suffer. In the beginning I put a little napkin over their head so I didn't have to see anything either.

I usually hatch all my chicken eggs at 50% humidity. Were these eggs shipped?

Looks like the humidity was too high. The chick hatched early because it couldn't breathe. It can't live with that much yolk to absorb.
Too high of humidity makes them literally drown.
He busted it soon after still today looks a wreck I just work on one part of body at time he was caked in yoke
