What's wrong with his feathers?

This guys is around 2 months old and hasn't grown many feathers.... all of his siblings have though. From day 1, he didn't really grow much.

I had one just like that , it took him forever to feather out, he will be fine you'll see.

Heres mine at 7 or 8 weeks

I do not have any updated photos cause i did not keep them.
