Whats wrong with his toes? -UPDATE and ??

I brought the big guy in last night and rinsed his feet with some Epsom salt water, then put some Blue Lotion on him. This stuff doesn't look like the stuff that everybody talks about staining everything blue. Its in a small bottle with a dauber and it looks cobalt blue in the bottle but it was very thin and didn't turn his toes blue when we painted it on. (I did shake it up first to mix it) It had a lot of alcohol in it.
Did I get the right one, or are there different types of blue stuff?

Anyone else? I am going to clean his feet off tonight and put some BlueKote on....if I can get one of my teenagers to help me...they just don't understand why I love chickens!

I have that same problem with my teenage son (17). Of course he thinks he's in love and it is not with my chickens. Go figure!
