So sorry for your losses. I had a run last summer my self and it is gutt wrenching. I finally took one of my favorite D'uccles to have a Necropsy which was about 35 dollars and was put to easy that it was a run of bad luck and not a speading disease. Have you consider having one done? Any way good luck.

I have considered it. But my losses have been quite spread apart, and none of the other birds are sick. Actually none of them have died from being sick. It's all getting wet or head trama.

I will consider it if I continue to loose birds.

All the silkies go back up the ramp themselves at night. And I did check as I do everynight to make sure they are all up there.
