Whats wrong with my baby chick

Anybody know what's wrong with the wing?. It looks like the wing bone is infected. Has anybody had this problem before?

Probably needs to be drained and put on antibiotics.

Yes, contact the vet. The baby most likely needs antibiotics and I would act fast before it gets too late. Is she getting picked on?

I wont be able to take it to the vet till in 2 weeks. I do have antibiotics at home. Should I give it antibiotics? If so how much do I give it. Or should I wait till I see a vet.
