Whats wrong with my baby pulley

Shes very wobbly she does walk around and and drink, shes the akward one of the group because she's always alone and cant seem to find her balance and moves back and forth.. Help please!

Get some SaveAChick vitamins with electrolytes (or another brand) and put them in the water. Then dip her beak several times every hour today. Use them for a couple of days. What temperature is your brooder kept? Make sure that she is kept around 85-90 degrees F. How are her droppings? check her vent for pasty butt.
