Whats wrong with my call duck and is there anything I can do

I found my call duck just a few minutes ago twitching her head and with her legs stuck straight out behind her. She was fine two hours ago when I feeding the rest of my birds. I got her legs back under her and she can stumble around a little. Also to touch anywhere on her skin, especially her feet she feels like shes burning up. I put her in a pan of cool water and it seemed to help a little(She doesn't twitch as violently as before) Is this west nile virus, stress from the heat? What are the symptoms of west nile virus for ducks. Is there anything I can do for or give her? Please Help!

I don't think its that and now I'm not sure it was wnv She's completely better. I guess I over reacted
