What's wrong with my chick? Feathers missing

Whats wrong with this chick? I noticed today he or she has feathers missing. Did I do something wrong? Im changing their bedding every two days and water every day. They are kept in my garage which is hot maybe too hot? I am in florida. Is there anything I can do?

Too warm is not good. There are many ways to cool them down. More than likely you may have a bully. Even little chicks will bully those that are weaker.

I have one that is smaller than that one and it looks fine. But there is a bigger one. I could bring the cage inside but then I worry they would be too cold. This isnt going to be as easy as I though lol

And how warm is too warm? They don't pant I have made sure of that

The temperature for them sure be around 85-90 degrees right now. As they grow, try and decrease the temp by five degrees each week. As far as the feathers missing, maybe the others are pecking at it?
