What's wrong with my chicken!?

I bought two free range white leghorns yesterday and put them in a run with a coop. They are very shy, they were already laying when I got them. I found mites or lice on them yesterday and put the special powder on them. One of the chickens favors one eye over the other, their noses run, and the other chicken has a gargling noise when I hold her. Any information on what I can do? Thanks

Do you have other birds?

Runny noses and 'wet' breathing is usually a respiratory infection.
Did that start before or after you applied the 'special powder'?
What is the 'special powder'....product name/active ingredients?
