This morning, I went to the coop and saw this bloody chicken poop. Is this the coccideous(sp) or just the shedding of the lining? The chickens all seem to be fine..active, laying, etc. any insights are appreciated. Thanks!

How old are they?

It's hard to say...it could be either Cocci or intestinal shedding.
If they were mine, I would treat for Cocci just for peace of mine.
Treatment is Corid which can be found at the local feed store. Corid is safe to use and won't hurt even if it's not Cocci.

Corid Dosage :
1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder per gallon or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day.

After treatment is finished, follow up with poultry vitamins like Nutri-Drench and give some probiotics/plain yogurt.

This is very helpful. Thank you very much.
