Can you get some photos of the poop?
What do you feed her? Have you made any changes to what you feed?
Is all of her poop watery or is it occasionally?
It feels like it's always watery. This is her poop from last night.

Is her crop emptying by morning? She's drinking a lot of water - sometimes that can be due to crop issues.Could it be Clostridium? Based on the intensive amount of research I've done I'm leaning towards Clostridium. Red's pretty much pooping water and she's drinking a TON. Red has lost weight and is only eating a little bit.
I have Probiotics in her water and I've stopped giving her ACV. As of Yesterday I started giving her Grapefruit seed extract in her water. She produced her first solid poop last night as pictured above. She is still pooping lots of water though.

You are right, the poop is not normal. Is there any way you take a sample to your vet or send it to your state lab for testing?
Your state lab will likely be much cheaper than a vet and they can usually give fairly quick results as well https://azvdl.arizona.edu/
For now, I would try to get her to eat her normal feed. You can also see if giving some white cooked rice with buttermilk will help with the loose droppings. I would still check her crop too.
