Whats wrong with my duck?!?!

I have a pair of exotic ducks that have been doing great up until recently. They've become skinny and aren't moving around as much as before. Their beak is supposed to be red as they pump blood into it but ive noticed its become more yellow in color and their eye turns cloudy and starts getting alot of mucus around it, this species is the common shelduck and im really concerned and dont know what to do. Ive isolated them and have given them a little bit of nutrients drench and clean food and water as well as a heat lamp to keep them warm. Does anyone know what this is or how to treat it???

Have you introduced new birds into your flock recently? Are your ducks allowed access to places wild birds frequent? Is there an exotic vet you can bring them to? It's possible this will require antibiotics.

I have made sure that no wild birds can get near them and unfortunately no vets near me want to work on waterfowl or birds for that matter and no no birds have come in contact with them

Yes so far it has been just one the other (Male) has been doing good with no signs of problems

Okay, that is good news. I'm thinking it's an eye/sinus infection, possibly from aggressive mating. Can you get Terramycin Ophthalmic Ointment? I believe I got some on Amazon without a prescription.

I can I will try and order some thank you so much! In the meantime what should I do to keep her up and as healthy as I can because she feels really weak even for a lighter duck breed?

How is she eating? Is she being bullied at all?

I've given her two types of of feed floating water pellets and regular grains but I believe shes eating decently ive put nutri drench in her water to help give her extra energy into her system because she feels extremely underweight. Also shes hasn't I had only gotten her a week prior and her and her mate have been isolated from the flock
