It started with her right eye being foamy and then it seemed like overnight her left eye looks like this now... I sprayed her with Vetericyn and don't have anything else on hand... any insight or advice on what is going on or what to do would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

It does looks like an eye infection, it would be hard to know what's caused it.

If Veterycin is what you have on hand, use that to clean/flush the eye.

Ideally you would want to clean/flush the eye with saline, remove any pus/debris, then put an ointment in the eye like Terramycin Eye Ointment. Tending to the eye at least 2X a day.

Usually you can find Terramycin at TSC, but if not, then it can be ordered online through Amazon, Jedd's, etc.

She has access to water, the male ducks have been over-mating her so I've trying to keep them separate. The pus around her eye is like rock solid so it doesn't seem like there's much I can do...hopefully it just gets better

You can at least try...
Clean the eye a couple of times a day and apply the ointment in and around the eye. This may help loosen up the pus and help heal up any infection as well.

Keep her water very clean so when she's dunking her head dirt water won't exacerbate the problem.
