This all started 3 weeks ago when I first thought she was going broody. I went out to lock up my ladies at night and found her in the nesting box 2 nights in a row so I took her out put her on the perches. Day 2 I also had noticed she was I the nesting box ALL day and didnt lay an egg but there was this huge poop. So that's why I was thinking she was broody. So I took her out put her in her own area no nesting boxes and realized 2 day later that she hadn't been eating. I have been having to hand force feed her and water her since. Then a few days after I noticed she wasnt eating or drinking she couldnt stand and couldnt stand for 2 days. Then this Friday i thought I was gonna wake up to her dead cause she wasnt looking good at all and to my surprise she was standing just her head is always tilted to the left. I was reccomend by someone to try tylan 50 I started that Friday. I have been giving her sav a chick since I noticed she wasnt eating g and drinking scrambled eggs with Salmon and a little coconut oil. Then I was reccomend to try also trying pumpkin puree so we have been doing that today. I also started giving her some vitamins supplements. I am at a loss at what to do. Below are a few pictures of her droppings this last 2 days and her

My first thought was broody (they rarely eat/drink) until the "head" tilt.
How old is she?
Check her ears, do you see any irregularities?
When was the last time she laid?
What are you feeding her regularly?
Have you checked her crop, does it empty out over night?
Have you checked her for parasites (mites/lice)?

You may want to update your profile with your location, helps with knowing your time zone & climate.

:hugs Thank you in advance for the help :hugs

Worms chickens get diarrhea too. It is a good sign of worms. Has she lost weight? Look through her poop. Get dewormer for her! You might need to take a feces sample to a vet. Call your local feed store to get suggestions.
