What's wrong with my hens?

Most of my hens have bright red combs and wattles, but a few are a dull pink. What's going on?

Need more information please. How old are your hens? Have they been laying and suddenly stopped? Are they eating/drinking/pooping normally? Are they acting normally otherwise? Are you finding lots of feathers around their living area? Have you checked them for mites or lice? The more information you provide will help with deciding what may be going on with your hens.

Everything seems normal. Everyone is eating well, pooping well and their laying has slowed like I expected. No mites or other bugs. The flock will be a year old in March.

Did they start to pail when the winter hit?
Have they molted yet?
And have you ever de-wormed them?

They did start to turn pale when it got cooler, although we haven't truly had winter here in KS. They have not molted and have not been wormed.
