LoL...this cracked me up. Mostly because I'm always giving people a hard time about their "designer dogs" . The truth is my little Moose is about as natural a dog as there is. He looks like chi/JR, but I know his mom and pop and neither of them are pure anything. One looks like a long haird chi and the other looks like jack russel rat terrier, but neither is all the way anything. His litter was an accident. She had an appointment with the knife, but came in before her date, thus the greatest dog ever was born.
Thanks everyone for their advice. I'm going to bring up all of your suggestions with the vet. The seizure thing could be a real consideration. I'll let you know how things turn out.
