Whats Wrong with my new turkey? I feel like crying. HELP!!!

How long have you had them? They may not be eating for a number of reasons. Maybe just because they are stressed from travel, maybe they are too cold or too hot, maybe the food in the pan you have provided isn't deep enough - they really like to dig down into some feed and won't be able to eat a shallow layer of feed very well. I agree with @R2elk that they need alot more space than that.

Your feed looks to much like powder instead of crumbles, change your feed brand. Increase the amount of space, turkeys like space and remember they are babies and will sleep just as all young do. You have a bronze and the other may be a mix of two different varieties. Judging from the picture they look healthy, Get a 24% protein turkey starter and put vitamins in the water, I use Poultry Cell which is a liquid poultry vitamin supplement added to the water that I purchased at Tractor Supply.
They look to be about three to four weeks old, if so they probably need very little if any supplemental heat, just keep them dry and protected from the weather and they should be fine.

What types of starter feeds are available where you are? Turkeys have greater dietary needs than chickens do. And agree with the others that they need a lot more space.

turkeys need space plenty of food and water . they are smarter than people give them credit for. they love affection . they learn their names they can remember who the nice person is that feeds them . they love mealworms for treats. frozen watermelon cut in half give them in summer to help cool them off . my turkeys can open doors . love to carrt on conversation when they get bigger if they run toward you you not trying to attack you but they think you might have food or treats . they love to be petted . they will also be a guard turkey if they free range . strangers need to approach with owner if visiting .they will know if they are up to no good . they knock at my back door for a tv frozen dinner with meat and veggies . i have butter and pecan they are spoiled . i cannot kill them . if they ever are suffering from anything i cant help with . then i would have to help it just like i would a doggie gl with your turkeys they are so cute.

Turkey poults need a starter feed that is 26% protein or higher. They must have good lighting or they won’t eat. They need plenty of space and heat, no drafts. In fact, they need 95 F for first two weeks of life, 90 F weeks 3-4, 85 F weeks 5-6. They must be kept dry at all times. They must have clean water changed st least twice daily. I raise mine on wire floor brooder the first 5 weeks. I move on ground outside in pens with heat lamp available at 5 weeks on sand. I provide a 2x4 low roost at 6 weeks. I use oregano oil with piperine in their water when on ground growing up. (I buy from First State Vet). Your poults look about 4 weeks old? At about 15 weeks old, mine are fed a 17% protein grower. I turn mine out on pasture to free range at about 12 weeks old. Of course I gave three Great Pyrenees dogs as livestock guardians and don’t lose to predators. Any other specific questions? The one on the left does look like a Bronze. The other one a mix, maybe some Royal Palm in it?

In my opinion, this is too hot. I start my poults at 90°F measured at the bedding level. I reduce the temperature by 5°F weekly. They do fine and feather in quickly. As soon as they are down to the ambient temperature, I cut off the supplemental heat.

My current group of poults are 3 1/2 weeks old and are off of supplemental heat.
