What's wrong with my pullet? Started limping but getting worse

It's in the environment. It can be carried in by wild birds, on peoples' clothes, etc. And it can stay dormant in the area for a very, very long time.

She seems better today. Last night I took her out of the cage and she was able to beat the air with her wings and grasp my fingers with her feet. She is eating and drinking well and still seems very bright and alert. Her droppings have solidified and she layed me an egg this morning which I certain was not expecting.

I've got my fingers crossed that she will recover 100% - whatever her issue may be. I'm keeping a close eye on the rest of the chickens and everyone is good so far with no signs like she is exhibiting.
