Whats wrong with my pullet?

Hi everybody, whats wrong with my pullet? She is straining in her vent, she is listless, her comb/wattles are pale, she won't eat or drink, yesterday she laid a yolk- thats all, no shell. I looked at her vent earlier and she was acting like she was trying to lay an egg. And i saw a mite type of bug crawled in her vent. Could it be egg binding? I don't know what to do,

any info would be really appreciated.

Should I soak her vent in warm water or hold a warm towel on her vent? I am really stuck . . .

Wait, i just went outside a while ago. She was nesting on the ground like she wanted to lay an egg or something- anyway, I placed her in a nesting box and she settled down. I gave her some eggs (she likes to lay on eggs while she lays her own) and she scooted each egg under her. And i tried to remove an egg and she pecked me

this is good news since she does this when she is mad I left her alone after that. Hopefully she is feeling better
