What's wrong with my pullet's foot? PICS

She's around 12 weeks old. She hatched out with crooked toes on one foot, but now she has a weird lump on one toe on the other foot. The underneath looks fine, and she doesn't seem to be in any pain. If I press it it will turn very slightly pink, otherwise it is the yellowish white colour you see in the photos. None of my other birds have it.

It's hard when I press on it, and she doesn't seem to mind.
 
Does it look like something is growing on her foot or the scale is missing...sorry but I can't tell.
 
It's hard to tell close up too. I think it's a growth or swelling that has pushed the scales apart...I think. It feels smooth, and when I press it I can see the skin change colour ever so slightly. There aren't any scales on the lump, and it's pretty big. It looks like a human blister but hardened.
