What is the wetness?
Is her nose or eye running?
Any sneezing or coughing?

Any new birds brought in recently?
Is she eating and drinking on her own?
Age?

The swollen facial tissue could indicate a simple sinus infection or a more serious respiratory infection. When I see a chicken in my flock exhibit such a symptom, I begin with an ophthalmic antibiotic ointment with steroid eye drops. If the swelling doesn't abate after a day of this treatment, then I start a round of Tylan 50.

I basically use treatment as a diagnostic tool. In other words, I'm not a vet. My goal is to get the chicken back to normal, whether or not I am able to make an exact diagnosis, which is usually not possible without the chicken being seen by an avian vet. That rare beast does not exist where I live.

How old is she?
How long have you had her?
Have you added any chickens to your flock within the last 30days?
Any other symptoms like mucous, wheezing, coughing, etc.?

It could be a respiratory disease like Mycoplasma, Infectious Coryza or similar. Respiratory illnesses may only present with facial swelling on one side of the face.
I do see some discoloration around the eye too - are those scabs? Any chance she was pecked or got her eye scratched?

Whatever the cause, the swelling looks to have pus underneath. If you have vet care, that is always best.
You can try putting an ophthalmic ointment like Terramycin in the eye and treating with antibiotics. Tylan 50 given orally at .20ml per pound 3 times a day or at .30ml per pound at 2 times a day for 5 days in a row.
Sometimes medication and care of the eye alone will not take care of the hardened pus that is causing the swelling and it will need to be lanced and pus removed.
