Corid won't help these symptoms.
You might need something strong like amoxicillan for an infection. What is her diet including treats? Soft shelled eggs usually correlate with diet or genetics not illness.

I have amoxicillin.
Another one of our chickens died a couple of months ago, and there was no cocci in the poop sample poop sample so you're probably right.
