What's wrong with the hen?

Is this mycoplasma? The hen has this lesion only under one eye and both eyes are clear, but I'm still afraid after the last case a few years ago...

I thought so, but I avoid mycoplasma like the plague, especially since I have two hens that have no symptoms and are quite light and lethargic...
Maybe it's because of the weather, it's cooled down again, I don't know. They breathe normally, there are no breath sounds and they don't cough.

I’m not seeing any bubbles or foam. Could she have been pecked under eye? I would try to see if you can express any pus by pressing on it. It may come out around her eyes or in the roof of the beak. Do you have any Tylosin or Tylan from the last time?

When I pressed on the swelling, it simply bent under my pressure and came out, nothing oozed out, there was no liquid. I don't know if other birds pecked her there, but there are no wounds. Last time I used linco-spectin, but it is already expired.

Tylosin is good to put in the water 1 tsp per gallon. I get that from Jedds.com online. If the Linc-Spex is not too old it still might work.
