It eventually grew feathers back and was fine. She went thru some really odd stages. I don't have her anymore either.

I have some frizzles too. They look real weird when they are young but when they grow out they look ok. Certain breeds don't frizzle well. Only the soft feather breeds do. Of course we can't always be sure who the rooster is going to grab can we?

I have a CM roo to a bantam Rd/blk frizzle cross. The hen has the cuckoo pattern but lays bantam size dark eggs. She's got a chick with her right now. She hatched out chicks ok, but not frizzles.

She was crossed to a Del roo and some came out cuckoo but most are Del pattern, frizzles. Not sure Dels or CM 's are soft feathered. Have to do some research. Want to cross her to my Lavender Amer. and see what I get.
