What's wrong with this chick?

This little guy is 2 weeks old. Active, eating, running around with the rest of the flock seeming normal, but the poor thing is noticeably smaller than the rest. Also, the bulge sticking out to the right side of its butt?! Any ideas what's wrong?

Sounds like a genetic anomaly if you aren't seeing any illness or issues.

Is it from your own flock or hatchery/feed store? Possibly bantam?

No ideal about the bulge. Something to keep an eye on.

Has the lump been there since hatch? Is it getting bigger? Is there any chance this chick is a bantam to explain the smaller size?

I hatched it myself with eggs I got from 2 different local people from Facebook. So barnyard surprise. No bantams. Just growing a little more slowly than the others. I noticed pretty early that something looked a little "off" about this one's backside, but it's a bit more noticeable now so I suppose it is growing.

Heres a couple pics that show size comparison. It's not super dramatic but I can definitely tell. Also, dont worry, that clearly not-predator-proof pen they are in is for daylight hours only on days that are hot enough to not need a heat lamp we tuck them in safely in the garage at night or during bad weather!
