What's wrong with this quail chick?

This quail chick is 6 days old. It's done this since day one. I know it's not splayed leg, because it can hold both of them underneath itself. It's almost like it's paralyzed on one side, with minimal movement. Does anyone know what this could be, or how to fix it?

I've seen an adult move like that after a head injury. I'd bet it's something neurological, but no clue what could be the cause or what exactly is damaged/not working. A dose of vitamins/electrolytes like Sav-a-Chick wouldn't hurt, might help. If it doesn't improve soon, please consider culling. Best of luck regardless.

Definitely a neurological disorder, possibly a genetic disorder....if that way from hatch, something went wrong with the genes during embryonic development.

For the chicks sake I think it would be best if you consider culling the poor thing. You can try supplements and things but this seems like something they're not going to help with.
