This EE cockerel had a limp about a week ago. Isolated him in my outdoor brooder with another EE suspected cockerel and more he just lays around barely moving. Has very little strength and twitches a little. I'm giving him ALL IN ONE bit is not improving anything. Should I up the dose.? Please help.

Can you post some photo of his poop?
How long have you had him?
How old is he?
Can he eat/drink on his own - what are you feeding him?

What dosage are you giving him of the All In One? The problem with using something like that is the dosing instructions are for a Pigeon, not a chicken, so who knows what the correct dosage would be? You could call whomever you purchased it from to see if they know what the dose is.

Young and limping, he may have a disease like Marek's, but it would be good to rule out other factors like Coccidiosis, injury, leg deformities and/or nutritional deficiency.

The dose is 1 teaspoon per half gallon per my breeder. His poo is dry looking but normal color. He's probably 2 months old. The rest of my birds look fine and I got him from my normal breeder that is NPIP cert. I didn't see any injuries he was walking around fine them one day limping. There's no blood in stool the all in one should of take care of any coccidiosus. He's been on line star layer mash pellets like the rest with grit and free range all day.

He's only 2 months old?
He should be eating chick starter at that age. Layer feed is for actively laying birds, it has too much calcium and likely not enough protein..

I would get him on chick starter, add some poultry vitamins that contains Riboflavin (B2).

Probably closer to 3 months old honestly maybe older I'm not sure I can't remember.
Thanks for the photo of your feed bag!
I looked up the feed and pulled the data sheet.
Please read your feeding instructions -
Feed free choice to chickens 18 weeks of age or older from time first egg is laid throughout the time of egg production.

3 months old is not 18weeks. If this is a cockerel, he has not laid an egg. Switch him to a chick starter.
The poop is questionable, I recommend that you take a sample to your vet for testing of Coccidiosis or consult your breeder about how to treat him.
