Quarantine all birds you bring home. Even ones that look fine. I would dust her with something for mites. I use permethrin powder. You can get it in the garden section of most stores. I have never had a chicken that looks like that, but dusting her for mites would be a good idea anyway. I hope someone can help you further.

I have never seen a chicken look like that! Definitely keep her away from the others and take her to the vet if you have one that takes chickens. Is she behaving normally? Do you know what breed? And how old?

What's the likelihood of her being a frazzle? They can suffer very severe feather fragility, which could explain all the feather damage.

Definitely dust for mites and quarantine. Wash her feet and see if that's just chicken poop or if there are scaly leg mites there, as suggested above. If there are, you'll have to take care of that.

Visually inspect for lice eggs around the vent area.

If she is a frazzle, you'll have to feed her a high percentage protein feed, and I might add some unsaturated fats to her diet as well, for feather strength.

A Frazzle is a Frizzle with two copies of the Frizzle gene. It's usually lethal, so there aren't very many of the live ones around. The ones that do live have very weak feathers.

no i dont know the breed was told 2 years. this guy gave me 12 chickens

I would be worried I hope you have them quarantined in a different coop. I can’t tell from the picture but those feet look like horrible leg mites other than that it looks like more than a molt looks like her skin is bruised. I’m sure someone with more knowledge will come along to help you. Poor thing
Do chickens need dusted for mites all the time? if so how often. mine look great but i added two of the chickens to mine from his flock.
