what's your faavorite sandwich ????

Many years ago, a poor college student friend of mine came up with a sandwich. Sounded awful. But I gamely tried it and love it to this day!

Extra thin WW bread
Sliced, cold boiled potato
Thinly cut cream cheese
Thinly sliced onion
Black pepper and salt, if desired.

Voila! The Potato, Cream Cheese and Onion Sandwich!

I mess around with it a lot - adding avocado, alfalfa sprouts, bacon, ham..... the possibilities are endless.

I can't eat bread anymore...but I still have dreams of club sandwiches.

second place: lettuce tomato and cheese...and third place: grilled cheese....and fourth: a hamburger with everything...and... sigh. oh well.

I lived off of egg and cheese sandwiches in college, that and peanut butter.

A morning sandwich for me is Mayonnaise on white bread, a slice of pepper-jack cheese an two eggs over easy.
Later in the day a sandwich for me is Mayonnaise on white bread, a slice of pepper-jack cheese an few layers of hog.

Blt or thickly sliced fresh garden tomatoes on good whole wheat toast with lots of mayo, salt and pepper. For the tomato sandwich to be perfect, the tomatoes must be sliced thickly enough that the only safe way to eat the sandwich is leaning over the sink.

We like fried bologna and cheese sometimes we put an egg on them. I add tabasco to my bologna when it is cooking. It will clear your sinuses and make you choke

. I really like tuna sandwiches a lot.

Oh another one I forgot to mention I like but rarely have....cold onion sandwich with mayo and mustard. No miracle whip ever in my house either. Best foods is the best.
