It was really dang tasty too. :O And a GREAT change of pace from the stuffed squashes/mushrooms we'd done in previous years. And it was pretty well balanced with high protein fillings (mushrooms, green beans and nuts). It was a big hit!

Lovely! Most of my family is far away anyway, so our Thanks-givings have become very small affairs the last few years.

Well, this was for Yule. Our thanksgivings have been pretty isolated for a couple years too and I'm super cozy with that.
