I think that you can make them without a processor. It just takes lots of stirring and a little more kneading. when sticky wet - I oil my hands when i have to do that.

I used to be such a diehard 'Acoustic Cook' (NO ELECTRIC ANYTHING).

But when my health started to deteriorate I started to get pains in my hands, arms and shoulders, and so enter the food processor. I also have some just arthritis in the hands. I had surgery on one hand last year - it's better, but still lots of swelling, stiffness and pain, so cutting, kneading, all those lovely fun things have gotten hard.

UMMMMM....sandwiches -

I stopped long ago, eating really opulent things like:

---bagels, smoked salmon and cream cheese.
---reubens made with 'God's food' - hot corned beef, lol
---all those gigantic big NYC sandwiches like "the big boychek" with pastrami, corned beef, etc
---marrow on crackers
And cajun food like mufelletta and po-boys

pita, avocado, tomato, coarse salt, nice olives (oily, salty, wrinkly)

falafel on a pita with yogurt sauce, lettuce, tomato

lettuce tofu wrap - a big leaf of lettuce, wrapped around long wok fried tofu and veggie strips with sesame oil and soy sauce.

lettuce soba wrap - cold thai sesame noodles with peanut sauce, wrapped in iceberg lettuce leaves

arugula or chickory on or in anything!

pork, cabbage and tofu wrapped in wonton wrappers and deep fried in oil

'tomato sandwiches', lol - hollow out a small tomato, stuff with fresh basil leaves, fresh mozarella, and drizzle with olive oil, coarse salt and a nicoise olive.

I like lots of the sandwiches already mentioned so I'll add a few missed.

1. BLT - toasted with sliced cheese - lettuce is optional.

2. Turkey, mayo and cranberry sauce.

3. wraps or pita pockets with cukes, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sprouts, italian dressing - can add meat of choice

4. bolonga wrap - take a wrap and put two slices of bolonga on it. Make a row of dill pickles near one end. Roll up and scarf it down - yum, yum.

An egg sandwich consisting of 3-4 eggs, fried over-easy with lightly popped yolks, sprinkle with Cavenders Greek seasoning, then placed on two soft slices of white bread painted in Duke's brand mayo. Don't forget the salt and vinegar tater chips!

Wait, I forgot! I just pick a bunch of different stuff out of my garden and stick it in! It's called the "Random Goodies Assortment".
