What's your favorite chore?

I love, love, love to cook.

Can really get into doing a theme meal - grapeleaf rolls with hummus or stirfry with homemade eggrolls or faux sushi!

A huge laundry pile can throw me into a deep, dark funk...

oh my "1stepcloser"... i gotta tell you that when i got my chickens and put up my clothsline, i felt i retrieved my soul

After living in the country for 20 years, and then moving to the city, i found that it was my chickens and hanging cloths that were such a part of me that was missing. Im a much happier person now hangen cloths, and playing with chickens, and all the work along with it. I will say i have 'issues' with vacuming as well..... Something that annoys my family a bit as i will vacume at anytime or whoever is around. I just use it to calm my inners... Im a weardo...OK

Yard work...I love to work in the yard, because I enjoy being outside and also I consider it my "workout" - who needs a fancy gym, when the yard awaits.

I love to cook. I find it a great pleasure to cook. I can whip up something with no recipe and I can follow very complicated recipes... I love trying new different things but my dh does not....

I love to hang clothes on the line and everything about it...It is so wonderful to see, smell and feel the clothes from the line---I think this is the biggest reason I change my bed linens every day (yes, every day) and never use the same towel, wash cloth or dish rag/cloth more than once...


I love working my honeybees and cleaning my coop, gathering eggs, and watching the girls...

These are my very favorite chores..

Seriously though, I like to do the barn chores. Even lugging water has its appeal
