I could go on and on, I love old movies. When I was young, I would sit with my mom, and watch old movies on our black and white tv a lot, mostly from the 40s.

I loved all the 50's era black and white monster movies...giant ants, blobs, octopus monsters rising up out of the bay to crunch the bridges and all the people...you could see the strings on the monsters and the fake cars and such...soooo funny, but at the same time I was anxious crossing bridges over large bodies of water for years...those were great movies...loved the Jurassic Park movies, all the old Lon Chaney, Bella La Gosi, Boris Karlof Dracula, Wolfman and Frankenstein movies...and the Mummy with Karlof...all black and white...maybe that is why I am so taken with the Twilight Saga...modern vamps and all that...so cool...

"My Fair Lady" and "The King And I".

Also, I think one of the top best 5 movies ever made in all of movie history was "The Color Purple". That movie's not THAT old, but it's starting to get there.

Gotta go with ALL Godfather movies. Fast times at ridgemont high and The life of david gail (not sure how old it is) but def a good movie.

maybe not old enough but my all time fav. Dirty Dancing and the Lost Boys. Go way back with Gone With The Wind and Please Dont Eat the Daisies.
