What's your favorite way to crock pot a chicken?

I have a heavy breed rooster that I'd like to try in the crock pot. What's your favorite recipe?

carrotts, then potatoes, then chicken, sprinkle with pkg of buttermilk dressing, then onions, no liquid, cook on low all day . . .

I like to put the whole chicken in the crock pot, then pour a bottle of Italian dressing over the top. Add no other liquid. Let cook until tender.
My family loves this with mashed potatoes.

Chicken
1/4 cup hot sauce
3 large jalapeno peppers(fresh or pickled either one, fresh is better)
1 tsp black pepper
2 TBSP lemon juice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 clove garlic
1 TBSP olive oil

Add whatever veggies you want to go with it. I use celery and carrots.

I don't see why not. I like to marinate chicken pieces in Italian dressing, then kabob them with onions and peppers on the grill. It's really good.

I put chicken in crock pot and sprinkle salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder and cook on low till browned. Make gravy with the drippings.. left over chicken I make chicken salad..

I love the above recipes too and can't waith to try..
