So Im on my way home from picking my son up from school. I pull up to traffic stopped at a yellow light that turns red. I am 2 cars behind the light.
The light turns green and no one is moving then it turns red again. The light turns green again and I see NO signs of anyone moving so I tooted the horn, and Im talking a quick toot toot and not a honnnnnk! kinda deal and then another person gives her a quick toot.
Weve all done it, gotten distracted at the light. I was never offended by any tooting their horn at me..
But do you know what this lady does? Rolls down her window and holds up HIGH in the air the middle finger!
Youre the one that wouldnt go lady

A friend of ours is a cop. He was in his squad car one day stopped at a light. The light turned green and the car in front didn't go, so he gave a little toot with his horn. The woman driving the car stuck her hand out the window and flipped him off. Obviously she didn't look in her rear-view before doing so. He got on his loudspeaker and said "Would you please pull to the side when you have a minute"

. When he got to her window, she was apologetic and said she was lost and trying to figure out where to go and she was sorry she had given him the finger. He threatened to ticket her for an improper hand signal

seems I always get be hind these kind of people when I am running late for something! Being in a rural area I get angry at the farm trucks /tractors that go 30 mph in a 60 mph zone and wont pull over for you to get around. I once had to follow a farm truck for 29 of my 30 mile trip going 25-30mph on the hiway and then got that angry glare when I finally got the chance to pass him one mile from the town I was heading to!!

When I was young honking was a way to get someone's attention so you could give them a 5 finger wave.

Now, I would never honk, too many stories on the news about road rage.

Imp- I do try to use my psychic powers to make their head explode.

I got a similar story from yesterday, of crazy people. At work, I work in fast food. So, this lady comes in about 4pm and hands the cashier (and manager) a coupon for BOGO Croissant sandwhiches. The cashier explains we stop serving breakfast at 11am. The lady says OHHH I Must of grabbed the wrong coupon, the one I wanted was for your steakburgers. The cashier nodded sympathetically, and didn't say anything. The lady stares at her. The cashier says, "Can I get anything for you then?" The lady says "You mean you're not going to let me use the coupon?" The cashier again explains its for croissants, which we only serve for breakfast, which is over. No, I dont mean croissants, I want to use that coupon for the steaks! I'm sorry mam, I'm not allowed to do that. Then this lady starts shouting, saying This is ridiculous, why wont you use the coupon?! You want me to go all the way home and get the right one? I'm never eating here again!!! She stormed out, got in her car, and as she drove off she flipped off the store with BOTH middile fingers, lol.

People are NUTS!

Sarah, you have a lot of nerve. Don't you know that you interupted her phone conversation? C'mon, you know that you shouldn't drive when you're on the phone. You just park at the intersection and talk.

I mean I giggled at the lady for flicking me one but I mean really... Was that necessary?

The worst is getting on the highway from an exit around here. The ramps are really short before they send you into traffic. People have a chance to see you coming but some of them just dont care!
I got run off the road once and saw it happen 2x last week! Just GET OVER!
Sometimes a cop sits at the exit to make sure people are letting people get on..

Ugh ... in my area it's worse.. we have a high population of illegal worker's. They are TERRIFIED of being deported so rather than doing the speed limit they insist on doing at the very least 10 under the speed limit... I commute 13 miles one way not too far but far enough to be a treck. These people always get off work about the same time I do and drive 25 in the 40, 40 in the 55, ect. It's nuts!
