What's your stress relief?

I like to sit on a bale of hay and watch my goats and chickens as they eat and get ready to settle down for the night. And sometimes I smoke a ciggie. (But I'm very careful)

Stress relief? For me it's getting away from indoors and humans to the outdoors and animals.

I just remembered 2 more of my stress relievers. Poetry and shooting .

Poetry maybe isn't so much a stress relief as a way for me to let out my emotions. When they get all built up, whether they are happy emotions or sad ones or angry ones, I will often grab my notebook and pen and let it out. I have a "collection" from the past year...

Shooting I promise is on the range!

Firing the rifle helps me relax. Maybe it's weird.
