( like curious george lol) she was formally known as "nut" to match her sisters name coco. This is Coco, she is brown with white feathers on her neck,

Yes, that would be cool. I should have ordered an EE but I didn't want to wait until they were available

I got an Egyptian Fayoumis instead which looks like an Eagle.

The black/white one is either a Barred Plymouth Rock or a Dominique--it depends on the comb type, which I can't see from the photo. A Dominique will have a rose comb, and a Rock will have a single comb.

As for your brown hen, she reminds me a little of a Red Sex-Link. However, the coloring seems just a bit off to me if that were the case (she almost has lacing and is rather light). She is probably some sort of Rhode Island Red or New Hampshire mix. I don't think she is an Easter Egger, since she lacks many EE traits: greenish legs, muffs/beard, pea comb, etc.

Both hens are very pretty!

When I was writing this thread,i accidentally pushed post before i could finish. My finished thread you commented on a minute ago, and yes the black one is a barred rock hen with a single conb and shes very sweet.
