I grew some wheat grass, is ok to give to my hens? I've heard its a natural laxitive for humans.

Generally if the thing is green/natural, its fine to give your chickens.

Mine love wheat grass. I give it to them in the winter, when there's nothing green outside. I usually cut a section, then snip it into shorter lengths, over a bowl. I don't know if I really need to do the snipping or if I've just read too many crop impaction stories on this forum.

I also do an extra tray of alfalfa sprouts for them, when I'm doing sprouts. They like those, too.
