Wheaten Maran gender help

I picked up 3 chickens from a breeder, and I was supposed to have 2 pullets and 1 cockerel. The breeder was sexing them based on comb size. Now I'm thinking I have 2 cockerels because of the dark color. Please let me know your opinions. The pics are of the one in question, and you can see my wheaten pullet in the background.

If that's the case I'll contact the breeder. Hopefully he'll trade me.

Yup yup, male all the way. The breeder should know better than to just go by comb, especially with Wheaten. That coloration is so easy to accurately ID just by color when they feather.
