Wheaton Marans frizzled?!

These are Wheaten Marans chicks I got from Green Fire Farms, and this one looks frizzled to me. Is it possible to be a genetic throw back , natural mutation or some sort of other issue?

Looks frizzled to me too.

Doesn't look frizzled to me, just that it's holding its wings out. The feathers would curve up and forward if it was frizzled.

Not a Frizzle, some Wheaton Marans do that for some reason or another, We raise them and have hatched out hundreds and ever so often a couple will look just like that, it will correct itself before too long. It may have to do with not getting a certain vitamin or it's not getting enough protein? Wheaton Marans are in my opinion hard to raise. But man they sure are pretty!!! Good luck!
