Wheezing barred rock w/other issues

Today I found this hen wheezing on inhale and exhale and being pestered by her 2 roomies. I had sprayed her within the month with BluKote on her exposed belly skin, so she's still slightly purple. However, I have so many questions about what's happened to her.

She has white grossness and a pink lump in addition to poop covered feathers. Ugh. Also it felt like her crop was super duper hard...but I'm not too certain about chicken anatomy. I gave it a good massage.

1. I gave her a long warm soak in Blue Dawn.
2. I dosed her with Safeguard 10% suspension deworming stuff.
3. Dried her off and covered her belly and behind with betadine. All wrapped in a towel, she paused her wheezing.
4. Placed her in isolation pen. Resumed wheezing when I set her on the roost.

Please, can anyone shed light on this gal's situation? Any tips?

Why do you suspect worms? Pictures of poop would be helpful. Have you seen worms in her poop?

Wheezing could indicate respiratory but it could be related to other issues also. Is there any discharge from her eyes or nares? Is she sneezing or coughing? Are there any others in the flock with similar symptoms?

Is she eating and drinking? What is her behavior?

Have you looked in her mouth and down her throat for any obstruction?

Have you felt her crop? What does it feel like? Hard, soft, squishy, etc.

I've asked a lot of questions to solicit more details so the experts here (I'm not one of them) will be better able to assist you.

The picture is showing her, on her back, with skin issues (red bump) and white business that seems very odd. Treated with soaking to clean and applying betadine.

I didn't investigate her poop--there are 3 girls in the pen. No worms were seen on her. Good ol' internet said maybe gapeworm--so I happened to have dewormer handy.

Eyes and nares are clear. No other noises. No one else is sick.

She was walking around with the other 2 like normal. Idk about eating/drinking, but her crop being so hard seems like she has not been putting food in there.

That's all I know. But I'm gathering ideas for investigating next time I catch her.

With a hard crop, it could be impacted. If you have coconut oil on hand you can give her some; just put it in her beak a little at a time. GENTLE massage may be applied with her sitting on your lap, upright.

Also ensure you have grit and oyster shell available at all times, separate from feed to help with digestion.
