My girls are 25 wks old - Orpingtons & Favorelles

A few of them are wheezing. They are active, eating, drinking, & laying. One looks like she has had loose stools (there is some poop on her fluff).

I purchased them from McMurray and they were vaccinated before I got them. I live in Maine so our temps have been ranging from 25F at night to mid 40's in the day.

There is no discharge coming from their nostrils. I use shavings for their bedding and floor.

Should I be worried? Do they need to be medicated? Please let me know if you have any ideas.

I don't have an answer for you but will ask a few questions

When do you hear the wheezing - when just standing around the girls or do you have your ear to their bodies?

Do you keep them in the coop or do they have a run/free range?

What are you feeding them? Do the seem to be loosing weight?

Not sure if any of these questions will give the direct answer, but might help.
