Can someone help me out and maybe tell me why my Buff Orpington is stretching her neck out like she is crowing, but sounds like she is wheezing or gasping for air, and also sneezing? She doesn't run away when I walk up to her either like she normally would, closes her eyes when stretching her neck, but is aware and alert when she hears a noise?

It sounds like she may be suffering from a respiratory disease such as infectious bronchitis, mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG,) coryza, or ILT. I would get some oxytetracycline, Tylan, or Gallimycin antibiotics to treat her in her water. Also, you will probably want to separate her and keep her warm since she may chill when sick. Many of those diseases are spread by a carrier bird, and can make carriers of your flock. Here is a good link to read about those symptoms: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps044

Yes those are signs of respitory distress. Are there any other symptoms?

Other thing springs to mind is gape worm so also Google it's symptoms to see if that is a possibility.
