Wheezing Hen

My hen is wheezing. I found her lying by the water heater in the coop. I had Vet Rx on hand so did what directions said. I brought her in the garage in a dog kennel with a heat lamp. Will this help her? Do I need to get an antibiotic? This is the first chicken I've had get sick like this. She is almost 2

Sometimes chickens can make a wheezing sound called stridor when they have a small piece of food in their airway, or if there is swelling or mucus from a respiratory infection. If it is from a piece of food, it might go away in a few hours. If there is also sneezing or gasping, it may be a respiratory disease.
