wheezing hen

I noticed yesterday that my one hen was wheezing really bad. I checked first to make sure nothing was stuck in her craw. I quarantined her and no other chickens are showing symptoms. I gave her some stuff that's like Vicks vapor rub but for poultry. she's not doing much better today. her nostrils and eyes are clear, no cough so I am not sure if I should go get her some antibiotics or what I should do next. its really cold out so I have her in my garage. thank yall!
