Wheezing type breathing

I am hoping someone can hear honeys breathing and or the wheezing in this video. Honey is just under 6 months old and she sounded like this this am which is new to me and never occurred before. I's this a respiratory infection? Or clogged nose...any advice is greatly appreciated.
