I have a 4 yo speckled that wheezes when she breathes. She has runny runny poo. She does not act sick. I don’t want something spread to my others. can anyone help with ideas what this might be? Thank you!

Sorry to hear about your sick hen. You should isolated hen in a cage or dog crate. I've had chickens for 20 years and had several chickens in respitory distress where the rest of flock was fine and stayed fine so don't panic. I've never had whole flock die.
If you don't have antibiotics on hand, then you can get them from tractor supply or online. You can also buy fish antibiotics or pigeon antibiotics if your state won't sell them. Chickens like many animals try hard not to look sick or weak in a flock so a cage will be less stressful. You can buy syringes too online, I tend to give meds in food or yougart with the sharp end off. Just be careful of windpipe dont shove it down. Chicken veterinary medicine is always a leaning opportunity. Good luck
