When a baby chick starts laying how long until the second

Okay... I’m still new to chickens. We started with 5 in Feb and they started to lay in July. In May we added 3 more and two days ago there were two baby eggs. I’m sure because of the size and shells. No new baby eggs today or yesterday. Are they okay? They were supposed to be RIR but everybody says they look like productions reds. Do I do anything special. My other girls started laying and lay almost every day or every other since the beginning.

It's normal to be intermittent at first.

Thanks. I figured one day in between would be normal. Fingers crossed tomorrow will bring two baby
